Amanda Watkins Travel creates highly personalized and bespoke itineraries for our clients.

The travel planning process includes:

  • A discover call to learn as much as possible about YOU and YOUR travel preferences and styles.

  • Hotel recommendations (using both AWT’s personal knowledge and relationships with hotel suppliers around the world) based upon budget, personal style, location and desired amenities.

  • Booking hotels, extending amenities available to AWT, VIP’ing you with the hotel.

  • Arranging transfers and drivers as needed.

  • Proposal and booking of tours (private or small group) using AWT’s trusted suppliers and partners – want to bake macaroons in Paris, roll sushi in Tokyo, learn to tango in Buenos Aires or have have vip seating at the Changing of the Guard in London? AWT can make it happen.

  • Obtaining a quote for travel insurance (upon request).

  • Creation of an interactive e-itinerary that can include: daily weather information, currency conversion, all hotels, transfer and tours, destination information and much, much more!

Travel planning fee for custom itineraries

A Travel Planning Fee is assessed on all custom designed itineraries and is due prior to commencement of travel planning. Prices vary depending on the duration, number of travelers and complexity of the trip.

Late booking fee for Custom Itineraries

Applies to requests for initiating custom travel arrangements requested within 21 days of departure.  The Late Booking Fee is in addition Travel Planning Fee.  Once travel planning has commenced, the late booking fee become non-refundable.
