Travel planning fee for Cruises & Brochure / Package Travel

For Cruise & Brochure/Package Travel that require no additional travel planning, there is no Travel Planning Fee. If travel planning is requested, a deposit will be required and a cancellation fee (in the amount of the deposit) will be in effect. This fee is in addition to any cancellation fee assessed by the travel partner.

Cancellation fee for Cruise & Brochure/Package Travel are as follows:

  • $100 (up to 46 days prior to departure)

  • $150 (22-45 days prior to departure)

  • $250 (0-21 days prior to departure)

Additional components outside of the established itinerary may be subject to additional fees. If applicable, these fees will be discussed in advance with the client prior to initiating travel plans.

LATE BOOKING FEE FOR CRUISES & BROCHURE/PACKAGE TRAVEL

Late Booking Fees applies to requests for all Cruise & Brochure/Package Travel that is requested within 21 days prior to departure. Once travel planning has commenced, the late booking becomes non-refundable.
